目的通过项目实施效果的分析,为今后有效防控结核病积累经验。方法按照《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南》要求,对2002～2009年奎屯市世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目实施期间的结核病防治情况进行实施效果分析。结果通过对2141名可疑肺结核患者的免费检查,发现活动性肺结核病人248例,其中涂阳病人134例,全部给予登记管理和免费治疗,涂阳总治愈率达90.30%以上,新发涂阳病人104例,发现率77.6%,治愈率95.19%,达到了新涂阳肺结核病人发现率至少在70%以上和新涂阳肺结核病人治愈率保持在85%以上的考核目标。结论项目的实施,探索出结核病控制工作的新方法,提高了奎屯市结核病防治工作的能力,奎屯市肺结核病人管理、治疗等项工作逐步走上了规范化、科学化道路,取得了巨大的社会效益和经济效益,为奎屯市结核病控制工作的健康发展提供了成功经验。
Objective Through the analysis of the effect of project implementation, we can accumulate experience for effective prevention and control of tuberculosis in the future. Methods According to the requirements of “Guideline for Implementation of TB Prevention and Control Program in China”, the implementation effect of tuberculosis prevention and control during World Bank loan / UK Grant TB Control Project from 2002 to 2009 was analyzed. Results Through the free examination of 2141 suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients, 248 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were found, of whom 134 cases were smear-positive, all of them were given registration management and free treatment. The total cure rate of smear-positive was over 90.30% 104 cases, the detection rate was 77.6%, the cure rate was 95.19%, reaching the new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients found at least over 70% and the new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis cure rate remained at 85% or more of the assessment objectives. Conclusions The implementation of the project explored new ways of TB control and improved TB prevention and control in Kuitun. The work of tuberculosis patient management and treatment in Kuitun gradually stepped onto the path of standardization and scientification and achieved tremendous social benefits And economic benefits, providing a successful experience for the healthy development of tuberculosis control work in Kuitun City.
