为了降低悬点动载荷对抽油机系统的不利影响,依据悬点平衡原理,确定抽油机悬点直接平衡设计方案,以CYJ10-3-37HB抽油机为研究对象,建立常规抽油机经悬点直接平衡前和平衡后的虚拟样机仿真分析模型,通过仿真结果对比分析,确定抽油机经悬点直接平衡后的降载节能效果。仿真结果表明:仿真结果表明抽油机悬点最大载荷降低率29.4%,说明悬点直接平衡的降载节能效果明显,为悬点直接平衡装置在工程实际中的应用奠定了理论基础。
In order to reduce the negative impact of dynamic load on the pumping unit system, according to the balance principle of the suspension point, the design scheme of the direct balance of the pumping unit suspension point is determined.
