After the World Health Organization (WHO) surveyed more than 30 countries in 2003, it pointed out that in normal society, the distribution of normal human beings is about 5%, about 75% for sub-healthy people and about 20% for those with diseases. Subhealth is a free state between health and disease. If health care is expected to return to health in a timely manner, it will inevitably lead to the occurrence of the disease. Therefore, the health problems of sub-healthy people are the major medical public topics in the world. The following author intends from environmental pollution, improper diet, mental stress, rest and sleep, exercise areas to analyze the reasons for the emergence of sub-health.
