达到效率与公平二者的同时最大化,一直以来都是人类梦寐以求的美好愿望。然而现实社会里,在追求效率最大化的过程中往往是要以牺牲部分公平为代价的;反之亦然。于是,就相应地出现了效率与公平二者的取舍问题或价值排序问题。效率与公平,不仅对经济的持续发展至关重要,而且对社会的和谐构建影响深远。因此,对效率与公平问题进行辩证地研究并科学地把握,显得尤为重要。
The maximization of both efficiency and fairness has always been a beautiful aspiration of mankind. However, in the real world, it is always necessary to sacrifice some fairness in the process of maximizing efficiency; and vice versa. As a result, there arises the problem of trade-off or value ordering of both efficiency and fairness. Efficiency and fairness are not only crucial to the sustained economic development, but also far-reaching for the harmonious social construction. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out a dialectical study of the issue of efficiency and equity and scientifically grasp it.
