从教近二十年,经历很多,作为班主任,尤其是对班级的“差生”管理,体味颇丰,就是要做到:用显微镜从他们的缺点中找优点,用放大镜从他们的失败中看成绩,让他们学会用望远镜看到自己无限光明的未来。记得那是我参加工作的第三年,送走了一个毕业班,学校让我接初二二班。众所周知,本来中途接班就有很多不利因素,何况该班还有一名校内外闻名“特差生”。
