伴随着中国改革开放和经济全球化浪潮的兴起,ISO9000国际标准质量管理体系认证也在政府机关逐步推广。白银市白银区国税局顺应时代潮流,在全市国税系统率先通过了ISO9001:2000国际质量管理体系认证,将国际标准引入税收征管全过程,实现了科学化管理和规范化服务。回顾白银区国税局建立国际质量管理体系的过程,“创新理念”、“过程管理”、“以顾客为关注焦点”是他们自始至终追求的目标,也是他们以质量体系规范税收征管,实现一流管理、一流服务的支点。
With the rise of China’s reform and opening up and the wave of economic globalization, ISO9000 international quality management system certification is also gradually promoted in government agencies. In accordance with the trend of the times, the State Tax Bureau of Silver City of Baiyin District took the lead in passing the ISO9001: 2000 international quality management system certification in the city’s tax system and introduced international standards into the whole process of tax collection and administration, thus realizing scientific management and standardization services. Reviewing the process of setting up an international quality management system by the IRS of Baiyin District, “Innovation Concept”, “Process Management” and “Focusing on Customers” are the targets they pursue from beginning to end. They also regulate the tax collection with quality system to achieve first-class management, First-class service fulcrum.
