创新是促进我国装备制造行业发展的一个关键因素,而装备制造业又是国民经济发展的一个基础产业。因此,分析和评价装备制造业的技术创新能力对经济发展意义重大。本文把DEA/AHP模型引入技术创新能力评价领域,结合依据装备制造业的产业特点构造的评价指标体系,对装备制造业的行业技术创新能力作出评价,使装备制造业各行业对自己的创新能力有清晰的定位,以便有针对性地采取措施。
