笔者于1994～1998年采用一次性强刺激的方法对200例来自全国各地的淋巴结结核病人进行治疗。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 男87例,女113例;年龄3～67岁;病程最长达17年。1.2 治愈标准 治愈:3个月内硬结消散,溃结收敛(封口),结核中毒症状消失。5年后无复发为根治。1.3 结果 26例未愈,4例经复治而愈,余170例均为一次性根治,治愈率达87％。1.4 方法 病人取俯卧位,双侧足底部常规消毒,每侧用1％利多卡因5ml加肾上腺素0.25mg于足跖面前1/2部中央,局麻后作长、深各1cm的切口,用刀尖于切口两侧轻度搔刮3min,清除被搔刮、剥离的脂肪组织,敷消炎粉,加压包扎,胶布封闭。
In 1994 to 1998, the author used a one-time strong stimulation method to treat 200 cases of lymph node tuberculosis patients from all over the country. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 87 males and 113 females; aged 3 to 67 years; duration of up to 17 years. 1.2 cure standard cure: induration within 3 months dissipated, ulceration convergence (seal), symptoms of tuberculosis disappeared. No recurrence after 5 years as a cure. 1.3 Results 26 cases did not heal, 4 cases of more than by the retreatment and more than 170 cases were a one-time cure, the cure rate was 87%. 1.4 Methods Patients prone position, bilateral conventional disinfection of the foot at the base, each side with 1% lidocaine 5ml plus epinephrine 0.25mg in front of plantar 1/2 in front of local anesthesia for long and deep 1cm incision, Slightly scratch 3min on both sides of the incision with the tip of the knife, remove the scratched and peeled adipose tissue, apply the anti-inflammatory powder, apply pressure and bandage and close the tape.
