目的了解河南省CT机影像质量现状,掌握其动态变化水平。方法用CT性能检测模体和CT剂量仪对河南省医疗机构CT机进行影像质量保证检测,抽取两个地市两年的检测结果进行比较和分析。结果由2007、2009两年检测结果可见,整机合格率分别为94.8%和97.1%,其中一手机(安装时为新机,未经淘汰和转手)整机合格率2007、2009年检测结果分别为98.0%和98.8%,明显高于二手机(淘汰机器经维修或升级后再次在其他医院安装使用)76.5%、89.5%的整机合格率,2007、2009年同批CT机绝大多数指标检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二手机应用质量明显比一手机差,应加强CT机的验收检测和状态检测,应用质量差的二手CT机应进行维修调试,必要时应强制淘汰。
Objective To understand the status quo of CT machine image quality in Henan Province and to grasp its dynamic changes. Methods CT performance test phantom and CT dosimeter for medical institutions in Henan Province, CT machine image quality assurance testing, taking two cities two years of test results were compared and analyzed. The results can be seen from the test results in 2007 and 2009, the pass rates of the whole machine were 94.8% and 97.1% respectively. The passing rate of one mobile phone (new machine during installation, without obsolescence and resale) was 2007 and 2009, respectively 98.0% and 98.8% respectively, significantly higher than that of second-hand phones (76.5% and 89.5% of total machine qualification rates were eliminated after the machines were eliminated or upgraded after being repaired or upgraded, respectively. Conclusions The quality of second-hand phone application is obviously worse than that of one mobile phone. The acceptance testing and status testing of CT machine should be strengthened. The second-hand CT machine with poor quality should be repaired and debugged. If necessary, it should be forcibly eliminated.
