设计并合成了九种新的不对称变色酸偶氮胂酸型显色剂。其中4-MAsA-pS 对钍有突出的光度性能。在0.8~5.6 N HCl 介质中,钍与4-MAsA-pS 形成稳定的蓝色络合物。ε_(872)=11.6×10(?)l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。络合比为R∶Th=2∶1。比尔定律范围0~60μg/25ml。至少在50小时内络合物的吸光度保持不变,大部分毫克量的金属离子和掩蔽剂不干扰测定。4-MAsA-pS 测钍不仅灵敏度高,而且选择性好。
Nine new asymmetric chromogenic acid arsenic acid developers were designed and synthesized. Among them, 4-MAsA-pS has prominent photometric properties on thorium. Thorium forms a stable blue complex with 4-MAsA-pS in a 0.8 to 5.6 N HCl medium. ε_ (872) = 11.6 × 10 (?) l · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). The complexing ratio is R: Th = 2: 1. Beer’s law range 0 ~ 60μg / 25ml. The absorbance of the complex remains constant for at least 50 hours and most of the milligram amounts of metal ions and masking agent do not interfere with the assay. 4-MAsA-pS measured thorium not only high sensitivity, and good selectivity.
