钢筋砼屋面隔热板(590×590×25mm)的传统生产方法有多种。但一般都存在几何尺寸不准确、厚度不均匀、强度达不到、生产劳动强度大、工效低、场地占用久、木材耗用多等问题。近几年来,我厂在学习和掌握其它厂生产工艺的基础上,研制成了定型钢模重叠生产的新工艺,在质量上和经济效益上都取得了明显的效果。一、定型钢模:如图1所示。用25×25mm的普通角钢精加工成内尺寸为590×
There are many traditional production methods for reinforced roof insulation panels (590×590×25mm). But generally there are problems such as inaccurate geometrical dimensions, uneven thickness, incompetent strength, high labor intensity, low work efficiency, long occupied space, and high wood consumption. In recent years, based on studying and mastering the production processes of other plants, our factory has developed a new process for the superposition of shaped steel molds, which has achieved remarkable results in terms of quality and economic efficiency. First, the shape of the steel mold: as shown in Figure 1. Finished with 25×25mm ordinary angle steel into an inner size of 590×
