本文是冠状动脉研究的继续,着重观察右冠状动脉及其分支。 材料与方法 用50例经福尔马林固定过的中国成人离体心脏(年龄、性别均无记载),向左、右冠状脉灌注红色乳胶后,进行解剖、观察及测量。 观察与测量结果 一、右冠状动脉的起止:右冠状动脉起于右主动脉窦,经肺动脉和右心耳间,行于右侧冠状沟,绕右缘至心脏膈面。右冠状动脉起始处的外直径平均为0.39±0.08(0.25～0.6)cm,一般较左冠状动脉细。
This article is the continuation of coronary artery research, focusing on the right coronary artery and its branches. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Fifty Chinese adult isolated hearts (no record of age and sex) were fixed in formalin. The left and right coronary arteries were infused with red latex and dissected, observed and measured. Observations and measurements First, the right coronary artery: the right coronary artery in the right aortic sinus, pulmonary artery and right atrial ear, right coronal, around the right edge of the diaphragmatic surface of the heart. The average diameter at the beginning of the right coronary artery was 0.39 ± 0.08 (0.25-0.6) cm, which was generally smaller than that of the left coronary artery.
