观察测量了57侧肢体的肩胛上神经和肩胛上血管、肩胛上横韧带和肩胛下横韧带;在268块肩胛骨上观测了肩胛切述和肩胛冈外侧缘的局部结构。根据解剖学资料和在尸体上的摹拟观察,分析讨论了排球运动员冈下肌萎缩症的原因,认为肩胛上神经在冈盂切述处受绞勒性损伤的可能性最大,并提出了手术治疗的意见。
The suprascapular nerve and suprascapular vessels, suprascapular and suprascapular transverse ligaments of 57 lateral limbs were observed and measured. Scapular scapular and lateral structures of the scapular ganglia were observed on 268 scapulas. According to the anatomical data and the mimic observation on the body, we analyzed the reason of the volleyball player’s sub-Hypogonadal Muscular Atrophy. We think that the suprascapular nerve is the most likely to suffer from the strangulation injury at the bowel spine, and proposed the surgical treatment Views.
