牛东1井完钻井深为6 027 m,井底温度达203℃。该井沙河街组地层复杂,膏岩段长,地层应力大,泥岩水敏性强,极易垮塌掉块;雾迷山灰岩存在破碎带,垮塌严重;三开井眼大、裸眼段长,携岩困难,井壁稳定性差。针对该井地层特点,三开、四开使用了强抑制抗高温携岩性好的复合有机盐钻井液,解决了沙河街组地层特殊岩性井段垮塌的难题,五开使用耐高温抗污染防塌钻井液解决了灰岩破碎带垮塌难题,保证了这口高难度井的各项施工安全。
