本实验采用 RIA 方法,检测复方丹参注射液对兔血管是活性肽——血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ,AⅡ)、心房利钠多肽(Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide,ANP)的影响。发现用药后兔血浆 AⅡ、ANP 显著低于对照组(P<0.05):脑、心匀浆 AⅡ及 ANP 轻度降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。提示复方丹参降压、扩张血管机制可能与血管活性肽变化有关。
In this experiment, RIA method was used to detect the effects of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on angiotensin II (Angiotensin II, AII) and atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP). The plasma AII and ANP in rabbits after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05): AII and ANP in the brain and heart homogenates were slightly decreased, but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). It suggested that the blood pressure and dilation mechanism of compound Danshen may be related to the changes of vasoactive peptides.
