乌兰浩特卷烟厂厂长刘凤书带领企业务实创新,使企业一年创造一个新里程,继个人荣获全国五一劳动奖状后,企业先后赢得了全国精神文明建设先进单位、全国质量管理先进单位等称号。2003年企业全年实现销售收入27885万元,同上年相比增长了14.60％;实现各种税费12428万元,同比增长24.89％;实现利润520万元,同比增加479万元,创历史新高。
Liu Fengshu, the director of Wulanhot Cigarette Factory, led the pragmatic innovation of enterprises and created a new milestone for the enterprise year after year. After winning individual May 1 Labor Certificates personally, the enterprise won successively the titles of “Advanced Unit of National Spiritual Civilization Construction and Advanced Unit of Quality Management in China”. In 2003, the Company achieved a sales revenue of 278.85 million yuan for the full year, an increase of 14.60% over the previous year; realized various taxes and fees of 124.28 million yuan, up 24.89% over the same period of last year; achieved a profit of 5.2 million yuan, an increase of 4.79 million yuan, a record high .
