目的了解12周武术课堂教学训练对和田市维吾尔族小学生平衡能力的影响效果,为促进维吾尔族小学生健康成长提供理论支持。方法在和田市第一小学的四、五年级中随机抽取60名维吾尔族小学生,随机分为干预组(进行12周武术课程训练)和对照组(仅完成正常课程教学)各30名,采用Bio Dex平衡仪测试实验前后2组的动态平衡和静态平衡情况,并对结果进行比较分析。结果静态平衡方面,干预前维吾尔族小学生干预组与对照组平板闭眼站立、海绵软垫睁眼和闭眼站立测试时间相比较差异均无统计学意义(t值分别为-0.176,-0.133,0.176,P值均>0.05);干预后,2组学生在平板闭眼站立和海绵软垫闭眼站立时间相比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为-6.518,-5.423,P值均<0.01),海绵软垫睁眼站立时间比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.573,P>0.05)。动态平衡方面,干预前2组学生在时间、前后左右方向得分上差异均无统计学意义(t值分别为0.000,-0.179,-0.023,0.094,-0.038,P值均>0.05);干预后,2组在向右方向得分相比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.043,P<0.05)。结论武术训练干预可使维吾尔族小学生的静态平衡能力有所提高,同时对动态平衡方面的左右控制能力提高效果优于前后控制能力。
Objective To understand the effect of 12 weeks Wushu classroom teaching and training on the balance ability of Uygur pupils in Wada, and to provide theoretical support for promoting the healthy growth of Uighur Pupils. Methods Sixty pupils of Uyghur were randomly selected from the fourth and fifth grades of the first primary school in Hotan City. They were randomly divided into the intervention group (training of 12 weeks of Wushu training) and the control group (completion of normal teaching only) Dex balance meter test before and after the two groups of dynamic balance and static balance, and the results were compared. Results In terms of static balance, there was no significant difference between Uygur pupil intervention group and control group in standing flat eyes, standing sponge cushion for eyes open and standing test for standing eyes (t = -0.176, -0.133, 0.176, P> 0.05). After intervention, there were significant differences between the two groups in the standing time of standing eyes and standing sponge cushion eyes (t = -6.518, -5.423, P = <0.01). There was no significant difference in standing time of sponge upholstery (t = -1.573, P> 0.05). In the aspect of dynamic balance, there were no significant differences in scores of time, direction, left and right before and after intervention (t = 0.000, -0.179, -0.023, 0.094, -0.038 respectively, all P> 0.05) There was significant difference between the two groups in the rightward score (t = 2.043, P <0.05). Conclusion Wushu training intervention can improve the static balance ability of Uighur schoolchildren, while improving the left and right control ability of the dynamic balance better than the control ability before and after.
