9月1日上午,省人大常委会召开《人大代表》电视专题节目开播新闻发布会。省人大常委会主任黄丽满出席并作讲话。省人大常委会秘书长林惠俗介绍了《人大代表》栏目开办的宗旨、目标以及筹备情况。黄丽满强调,要从坚持和完善人民代表大会制度的高度,深刻理解加强人大宣传工作的重要性。牢牢把握正确的舆论导向,坚持“三贴近”原则,服务大局,关注民生,增强宣传的针对性和实效性,精心策划,深入挖掘,着力打造宣传精品,提高人大宣传工作的质量和水平。要健全机制,明确职责,齐心协力办好《人大代表》专题栏目。林惠俗表示,《人大代表》栏目旨在通过对代表履行职责和代表工作情况的深度报道,宣传党的领导、人民当家作主、严格依法办事三者有机统一,宣传人民代表大会制度的优越性,宣传我省民主法制建设取得的新成就,营造人大及其常委会和人大代表依法履行职责的
