１９７５年至１９８７年我院收治腺样囊性癌７５例。腮腺１２例，颌下腺１４例，舌下腺１例和小涎腺４８例。综合治疗５４例（７２％），单纯放疗１６例和单纯手术５例。５年随访率８７．９％，３、５和１０年生存率分别为７７．３％（５８／７５），６５．５％（３８／５８）和４５．２％（１４／３１）。单纯放疗、单纯手术和综合治疗５年生存率分别为３８．５％（５／１３），５０％（２／４）和７５．６％（３１／４１）（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ⅰ～Ⅳ期５年生存率分别为８１．３％（１３／１６）、７０％（１４／２０）、５３．３％（８／１５）和４２．９％（３／７）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
From 1975 to 1987 in our hospital admitted to 75 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma. Parotid in 12 cases, 14 cases of submandibular gland, 1 case of sublingual gland and 48 cases of small salivary gland. Comprehensive treatment of 54 cases (72%), radiotherapy alone in 16 cases and surgery alone in 5 cases. The 5-year follow-up rate was 87.9%. The 3, 5 and 10-year survival rates were 77.3% (58/75), 65.5% (38/58) and 45.2% (14/31), respectively. The 5-year survival rates of simple radiotherapy, simple surgery and comprehensive treatment were 38.5% (5/13), 50% (2/4) and 75.6% (31/41) respectively The 5-year survival rates of ~ Ⅳ were 81.3% (13/16), 70% (14/20), 53.3% (8/15) and 42.9% (3/7) respectively .05).
