Since a certain period, the high international oil price has drawn wide attention from all countries. Protests have taken place in major European countries such as France, Britain and Germany. OPEC members decided on September 10 to increase their oil output by 800,000 barrels per day, but the move failed to stop the rise in international oil prices. Rodriguez, the former rotating chairman of OPEC and the current secretary general (Venezuelan energy and mining minister), said: “The oil-producing countries are approaching the limit of their production capacity and as a result there may be a world oil crisis.” Some experts believe that “ Three oil crisis ”is quietly coming. An EU member responsible for energy said: “This is the third oil crisis in the world.”
