磁液载体靶向定位治疗方法是利用磁液中的磁微粒载附抗癌药物制成磁性药物微球.在外磁场控制下选择性注入肿瘤血管,到达并定位于肿瘤靶区的方法。本文就磁液靶向定位的理论依据、方法、磁液载体的研究进展及其抗瘤作用机理进行综述。
Magnetic fluid carrier targeting therapy is the use of magnetic particles in the magnetic particles attached to anticancer drugs made of magnetic drug microspheres in the external magnetic field under the selective injection of tumor blood vessels to reach and locate in the tumor target area method. In this paper, the theoretical basis and method of magnetic fluid targeting, the research progress of magnetic fluid carrier and the anti-tumor mechanism are reviewed.
