随着幼儿园课程改革的纵深推进,“有效教研”的管理成为了现今幼儿园教研管理关注的重点。本文以“幼儿园有效教研准备与反馈”为切入点,阐述了搭建推进平台、借助主题教研、建立“反馈机制”的“有效教研”管理模式,探索了幼儿园“有效教研”的管理策略,旨在为关注“有效教研”管理研究的幼儿园提供一个新范式。
With the deepening of kindergarten curriculum reform, the management of effective teaching and research has become the focus of current kindergarten teaching and research management.
