连云港市位于江苏省东北部,是十四个沿海开放城市之一。下辖四区三县(新蒲区、海州区、连云区、云台区、赣榆县、东海县、灌云县),共有党员139000人。在改革开放的条件下,连云港市各级党组织根据本地的实际情况,积极探索适合本地特点的党的建设的新路子,并取得了可喜的成绩。其中在抓党的制度建设方面很有特色,并积累了初步的经验。
Lianyungang City, located in the northeast of Jiangsu Province, is one of fourteen coastal open cities. Under the jurisdiction of four districts and three counties (Xinpu District, Haizhou District, Lianyun District, Haeundae, Ganyu County, Donghai County, Guanyun County), a total of 139000 people. Under the condition of reform and opening up, the party organizations at all levels in Lianyungang actively explored new ways for party building that suit local characteristics according to local conditions and achieved gratifying results. Among them, they are very special in grasping the party’s system construction and have accumulated preliminary experience.
