[目的]探讨大学生应激性生活事件的来源,了解应激性生活事件对大学生产生的影响,为提高大学生心理健康水平提供依据。[方法]采用安徽医科大学编制的青少年应激性生活事件量表对749名大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]大学生应激性生活事件发生频率较高的依次是对某些课程没有兴趣(85.02%)、学校教学设施不足(84.21%)、父母唠叨(83.27%)、考试成绩不理想(82.05%)、学校教学质量不理想(79.08%)。应激性生活事件对大学生的影响在不同生源地,是否独生子女,父母陪伴时间多少,不同家庭经济情况等4个方面都存在统计学差异。[结论]应针对不同特征的大学生,采取有效措施,减少主要应激性生活事件的发生,以维护大学生的心理健康。
[Objective] To explore the sources of college students’ stressful life events, understand the impact of stressful life events on college students, and provide basis for improving the mental health of college students. [Methods] A total of 749 undergraduates were surveyed by questionnaire of adolescent stress life events prepared by Anhui Medical University. [Results] The higher frequency of stressful life events among college students was followed by no interest in some courses (85.02%), inadequate teaching facilities in schools (84.21%), nagging of parents (83.27%), unsatisfactory test scores (82.05 %), School teaching quality is not satisfactory (79.08%). The impact of stressful life events on college students is statistically different in four aspects such as different places of origin, whether or not only child, how long parents accompany time, different family economic conditions. [Conclusion] University students with different characteristics should take effective measures to reduce the occurrence of major stressful life events in order to maintain the mental health of college students.
