在培养基中添加各常用微量元素的实验结果表明,只有铜元素具有明显的促进水稻愈伤组织植株再生的作用。铜元素不仅能提高再生植株频率和数量,还能提高再生植株的重量,其作用浓度的范围相当宽广。采用添加5μmol/L铜元素的方法调查另外15个品种的培养效果,发现其中有8个对铜元素的正向反应达到了统计学上的显著水平。据此认为,提高培养基中铜元素浓度是一种增强水稻愈伤组织植株再生的简单和有效的方法。
The experimental results of adding various trace elements in the medium showed that only copper has a significant role in promoting the plant regeneration of rice callus. Copper can not only improve the frequency and quantity of regenerated plants, but also increase the weight of regenerated plants with a wide range of action concentrations. The effects of adding 5μmol / L copper element on the culture of 15 other cultivars were investigated. The results showed that 8 of them had a statistically significant positive response to copper. Therefore, it is considered that increasing the copper concentration in the medium is a simple and effective method to enhance plant regeneration in rice callus.
