以某煤矿16015工作面巷道为背景,探讨了中厚煤层坚硬顶板条件下巷旁控制机理,提出了“恒阻让-抗”巷旁支护方法。该方法将恒阻体与高强不可压缩体结合组成巷旁支护体,在保证充填体不被损坏下,允许顶板“可控”下沉,实现了对巷道顶板“给定变形”和“限定变形”的有效控制。根据巷道顶板特征,确定了恒阻体的让压高度为0.4 m,恒定支护阻力为15 MPa。利用数值模拟方法,确定了充填体的宽度为1.8 m,抗压强度为25 MPa。现场试验表明,“恒阻让-抗”巷旁支护方法能够保证较好的留巷效果,巷道能满足安全生产的需要。
Based on the roadway of a mine 16015 working face, the control mechanism of roadway under the condition of hard roof in medium thick seam is discussed, and the method of “constant resistance let - anti” roadside support is proposed.
