针对汽轮机性能试验不确定评定建立了复杂工业试验不确定度评定的模型,并给出了影响因子定义和预评价方法.通过对影响因子的分析,明确了测量设备布置和选择的主要原则.通过试验不确定度预评价,建立了控制试验不确定度的基本方法.以某电厂超超临界660 MW机组的汽轮机组热耗率试验为例,建立了试验不确定度评定的完整流程,指出了影响试验不确定度的主要测点,并给出了解决方案.
Aiming at the uncertainty assessment of steam turbine performance test, a model for evaluating the uncertainty of complex industrial tests is established, and the definition and pre-evaluation methods of influencing factors are given. The main principles of measuring equipment layout and selection are clarified by analyzing the influence factors. The pre-evaluation of the test uncertainty and the basic method to control the uncertainty of the test are established.According to the heat rate test of the steam turbine of an ultra-supercritical 660 MW unit in a power plant, a complete flow of the evaluation of the test uncertainty is established, The main measurement points that affect the uncertainty of the test are given and solutions are given.
