素质教育有助于培养学生的“自主学习、合作学习、探究学习”的能力,在培养民族创新精神和创造性人才方面肩负着特殊的使命。创新,是一个民族的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,创新能力,更是一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分。所以实施素质教育,培养创新能力是我们义不容辞的责任。本文对如何实施素质教育,培养创新能力进行了探讨。
Quality education helps to cultivate students’ ability of “learning independently, learning cooperatively and exploring learning”, and shoulders a special mission in cultivating national innovative spirit and creative talents. Innovation is the soul of a nation. It is an inexhaustible motive force and a creative capability of a prosperous country. It is also an important part of a country’s overall national strength. Therefore, it is our unshirkable responsibility to implement quality education and cultivate innovative ability. This article discusses how to implement quality education and cultivate innovative ability.
