采用辉光放电的方法产生氮原子离子束,束流中N+/N~+_2高达5∶1.用飞行时间质谱研究了束流的N~+/N~+_2比率与放电条件的关系,指出了提高N~+/N~+_2比率的途径.
A glow discharge method is used to generate nitrogen ion beams with N + / N ~ + _2 up to 5: 1 in the beam. The relation between the N ~ + / N ~ + _2 ratio of beam current and discharge condition was studied by time of flight mass spectrometry, and the way of increasing the ratio of N ~ + / N ~ + _2 was pointed out.
