社会发展造铸青年人才,青年人才推动社会进步。青年人才素质标准与规格是社会发展的历史产物,与社会发展和时代变革息息相关。笔者以《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《人民教育》“两报一刊”为样本,以其中的相关的每一篇文章为一次频率,统计出建国以来关于青年人才素质的标准和规格的论述情况,试图以各种素质出现频率为依据,分析出建国后青年人才素质观的历史变迁的轨迹。通过对“两报一刊”的统计分析,可以将建国以来关于青年人才素质的论述整理为四大类50余
