病例病例64岁,女。主诉肝功异常。既往史无特殊病史。家族史父74岁死亡,当时全身搔痒。有无肝病不清。现病史1972年前后经健康检查发现肝功异常。因无症状未予理会。1980年12月,健康检查时再次认定肝功异常,经医生建议详查,于1981年5月1日入院。查体全身状态良好,周身皮肤有色素沉着,但无黄染、搔痒、蜘蛛痣、肝掌,睑结膜、球结膜未见贫血和黄疸,胸部无异常改变。腹部检查,右锁中线肋下肝大3cm,表面
