姚穆,中共党员,中国工程院院士,西安工程大学名誉校长,《西安工程大学学报》主编。1930年5月出生于江苏省南通市,1948年毕业于南通中学,1952年毕业于国立西北纺织工学院纺织系并留校任教,1980年加入中国共产党,1982年晋升为教授,1991年经国务院学位委员会批准为博士研究生导师。自1952年从教至今。曾任国务院第二届学位委员会学科评议组成员。现任西安工程
Yao Mu, CPC member, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, honorary president of Xi’an University of Engineering, “Xi’an Engineering University” editor. He was born in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province in May 1930 and graduated from Nantong High School in 1948. He graduated from the Textile Department of the National Northwestern Institute of Textile Technology in 1952 and stayed in the school. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1980 and was promoted to professor in 1982. In 1991, Degree Committee approved as doctoral tutor. Since 1952 teaching since.
