对铝活塞及柴油机燃烧室零部件进行等离子喷涂氧化锆、氧化铝陶瓷热障涂层,以提高其疲劳强度。由光滑试样和缺口试样的疲劳试验及热冲击试验结果表明,氧化锆涂层与铝基体结合良好,热冲击次数当△t<300℃时情况良好,△t>340℃时,则因基体强度与组织变化幅度大而涂层失效。柴油机零部件上的氧化锆涂层厚度为0.8mm时,装机试验时间达450小时涂层完好无缺。隔热燃烧室可提高排气温度50~60℃,隔热效果明显。
The aluminum piston and diesel engine combustion chamber components by plasma spraying zirconia, alumina ceramic thermal barrier coating to improve its fatigue strength. The fatigue test and thermal shock test of smooth sample and notched sample show that the combination of zirconia coating and aluminum matrix is good, the number of thermal shocks is good when △ t <300 ℃, △ t> 340 ℃ Substrate strength and tissue changes in a wide range of coating failure. When the thickness of the zirconia coating on the diesel engine parts is 0.8mm, the installed test time reaches 450 hours and the coating is intact. Insulated combustion chamber can increase the exhaust temperature of 50 ~ 60 ℃, thermal insulation effect is obvious.
