故障现象一辆2011年产华晨金杯车,搭载4G20B2.0 L电控汽油发动机和五速手动变速器,累计行驶里程约为6.9万km,因发动机动力性差、油耗高而进厂检修。故障诊断维修人员接车后,重点对燃油系统进行了清洗,并更换了一组火花塞。维修完毕后对发动机电控系统进行了相应检测,确认无异常后将车交还给车主。然而约1 h后,车主返回汽修厂称维修后的发动机出现了新故障,发动机怠速抖动严重,且开空调时发动机动力性更差,此外发动机故障灯异常点亮,而在维修前发动机故障灯并没有点亮。
