钢和高温合金中微量铅、锡等低熔点金属的分析已有报导。随着冶金和宇航工业的发展,对其它元素分析要求日益增多,如铟、铊、镉等。 钢和高温合金中铟、铊、镉的含量很低,因此建立具有较低检测限的分析方法具有重要意义,这样的分析方法国内外报导很少。本文在铅、锡等五元素分析的基础上,采用碘化铵为络合剂,甲基异丁酮萃取富集,光谱法测定铟、铊、镉。检测下限铟、镉4×10~(-5)%,铊2×10~(-5)%。配合科研生产任务分析得到了满意的
Analysis of low-melting-point metals such as lead and tin in steels and superalloys has been reported. With the development of metallurgy and aerospace industry, the requirements of other elements are increasing, such as indium, thallium and cadmium. The contents of indium, thallium and cadmium in steels and superalloys are very low. Therefore, it is of great importance to establish an analytical method with lower limit of detection. Such methods are rarely reported at home and abroad. In this paper, five elements of lead, tin and other analysis based on the use of ammonium iodide complexing agent, methyl isobutyl ketone extraction and enrichment, spectrophotometric determination of indium, thallium and cadmium. The detection limit of indium, cadmium 4 × 10 ~ (-5)%, thallium 2 × 10 ~ (-5)%. With the research and production task analysis has been satisfied
