随着吉林省民营科技企业的不断发展,民营科技企业已经成为吉林省自主创新的一支重要力量。目前,还有许多民营科技企业仍存在无意创新、无力创新和不敢创新的困难。本文从制定政策思路的角度,通过分析制约吉林省民营科技企业自主创新的政策因素,系统地提出了对策性建议。吉林省民营科技企业自主创新能力要得到充分提升,关键需要营造一个促进其自主创新的政策环境。
With the continuous development of private science and technology enterprises in Jilin Province, private science and technology enterprises have become an important force for independent innovation in Jilin Province. At present, there are still many non-state-owned science and technology enterprises still unintentional innovation, inability to innovate and not difficult to innovate. From the perspective of formulating policy ideas, this paper systematically puts forward some countermeasures by analyzing the policy factors that restrict the independent innovation of private technology enterprises in Jilin Province. The independent innovation capability of private technology enterprises in Jilin Province needs to be fully upgraded. The key need to create a policy environment for promoting independent innovation.
