作为房屋建筑施工中极其重要的环节之一,地基处理的重要性不容忽视,对于整个房屋工程而言,地基处理的质量直接关系到各个环节施工建设的效果。依据房屋建筑施工情况的不同,房屋建筑施工中所选择的地基处理施工技术也有所差异,这是当前提高房屋建筑整体稳定性及施工质量的重要途径,甚至关系到建筑施工企业的可持续发展。然而实际施工过程中,房屋建筑的整体性能常常会受到地基不稳固、抗震性能差以及地基沉降大等问题的影响,这势必会造成房屋建筑中某些安全隐患的存在,因此针对地基处理施工技术的分析很有必要。本文从房屋建筑中地基处理施工技术的特点出发,重点阐述了地基处理的相关技术及方法。
As one of the most important links in building construction, the importance of foundation treatment can not be ignored. For the entire housing project, the quality of foundation treatment is directly related to the construction effect of each link. According to the different construction conditions of housing construction, the construction technology of foundation treatment selected in construction of houses is also different.
