利用人工智能温室研究结实期高温胁迫(35℃)对糯玉米子粒发育和内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,结实期高温胁迫降低子粒鲜重和干重,高温胁迫下较低的含水率表明子粒灌浆进程加快。高温胁迫加快果皮中淀粉体的降解速度,胚乳细胞中淀粉体充实提前,淀粉积累加速,但持续积累时间缩短,成熟期淀粉含量低于常温处理。与常温相比,高温胁迫增加子粒中ABA和GA_3含量,IAA、CTK和Z含量前期增加,后期降低。内源激素含量的变化可部分解释高温胁迫下淀粉积累提前但持续时间缩短的原因。
Effects of High Temperature Stress (35 ℃) during Curing Stage on Waxy Corn Growth and Endogenous Hormones Content in Artificial Intelligence Greenhouse. The results showed that high temperature stress during grain-filling reduced grain fresh weight and dry weight, and the lower water content under high temperature stress indicated that grain filling accelerated. High temperature stress accelerated the degradation rate of amylopectin in the peel. The amyloplasts in the endosperm cells were enriched in advance and the accumulation of starch accelerated, but the accumulation time was shortened, and the starch content in mature stage was lower than normal temperature. Compared with normal temperature, the contents of ABA and GA_3, IAA, CTK and Z increased in early stage and decreased in late stage under high temperature stress. The changes of endogenous hormones may partially explain the reason that starch accumulation is earlier but shorter in duration under high temperature stress.
