高职院校中转化后进生工作是一项重要工作,目前“学习后进生”已成为一个突出现象,必须加以重视并予以解决。通过分析导致“后进生”的原因提出了防治的基本措施,教师要理解、尊重、宽容,善待后进生;要提高课堂教学的艺术水平;学校教育要与家庭教育相结合;师生关系要和谐;要有科学的学习方法等。
