论述了金属密封球阀在特殊工作条件下因冲刷、腐蚀及摩擦等造成工作表面磨损和划伤等失效形式。介绍了激光熔覆专机的结构性能、工作原理及其加工特点。给出了球阀球体激光熔覆的加工过程和方法,建立了相应的运动数学模型并应用ADAMS软件实施了运动仿真。验证了球阀球体激光熔覆方法、模型及仿真的正确性。
Discusses the metal seal ball valve in special working conditions due to erosion, corrosion and friction caused by wear and tear on the work surface and other forms of failure. The structure, working principle and processing characteristics of the laser cladding plane are introduced. The machining process and method of spherical ball laser cladding are given. The corresponding mathematical model of motion is established and the motion simulation is implemented by ADAMS software. The correctness of the ball valve ball laser cladding method, model and simulation was verified.
