目的:研究镉在金银花中的分布规律情况。方法:样品采用高压微波消解,原子吸收石墨炉法检测。结果:镉在金银花中的含量分布规律为:茎>根>花>叶>生长土壤,多年生金银花中镉含量更高。结论:金银花及其根茎叶对土壤中的镉有一定的富集作用,且镉在金银花中的分布规律与其它一些报道的植物有差异,具体原因有待进一步研究。
Objective: To study the distribution of cadmium in honeysuckle. Methods: Samples were subjected to high-pressure microwave digestion and atomic absorption graphite furnace method. Results: The content of cadmium in honeysuckle was: stem> root> flower> leaf> growing soil, and the content of cadmium in perennial honeysuckle was higher. CONCLUSION: Honeysuckle and its rhizome leaves have a certain concentration of cadmium in the soil, and the distribution of cadmium in honeysuckle is different from that of some other reported plants. The specific reasons are for further study.
