国际劳工组织是联合国系统中负责劳动就业和社会保护方面事务的专门机构,也是联合国系统中由成员国政府、雇主和工会组织三方代表组成的一个国际组织。它的组织结构由国际劳工大会、理事会和常设办事机构国际劳工局组成。中国是国际劳工组织创始成员国之一,1944年被列为10个主要工业国之一,成为理事会常任政府理事。1983年,申国正式恢复在国际劳工组织的活动。迄今,中国与国际劳工组织有着良好的合作关系。
The ILO is the specialized agency responsible for labor, employment and social protection in the United Nations system and an international organization within the United Nations system consisting of tripartite representatives from member Governments, employers and trade unions. Its organizational structure consists of the International Labor Conference, the Council and the ILO, a permanent office. As a founding member of the International Labor Organization, China was listed as one of the 10 major industrialized nations in 1944 and became a permanent government council member. In 1983, China formally resumed its activities in the ILO. So far, China has a good working relationship with the International Labor Organization.
