刑法学界素有“南马北高”之说,“北高”是指高铭暄,“南马”即是指马克昌。马克昌先生,河南省西华县人,为我国著名刑法学家,武汉大学法学院资深教授,中国法学会刑法学分会名誉会长,也是最高人民法院特聘的24位特邀咨询员之一。马克昌1946年考上武汉大学法律系司法组。之所以报考司法组,他说,有两点原因:第一司法组为公费,有一定经济资助,减少个人在校费用;第二包分配,毕业以后可以分到法院工作。从此与法律结下不解之缘。
The criminal law academics are known as “South horse north high ”, “North high ” means Gao Ming Xuan, “South Ma ” means Mark Chang. Mr. Ma Kechang, a native of Xihua County, Henan Province, is a famous criminal law scientist in China, a senior professor in the Law School of Wuhan University, honorary president of the Criminal Law Branch of the Chinese Law Society, and one of the 24 invited counselors appointed by the Supreme People’s Court. Mark Chang admitted to the law department of Wuhan University judicial team in 1946. The reason for applying for the Judicial Team, he said, for two reasons: the first judicial team for public money, there is some financial assistance to reduce the cost of individuals in school; the second package distribution, after graduation can be assigned to the court. Since then and the law forged a bond.
