龙岩市积极引导参保人员到基层就医,落实差别化支付政策,自2016年1月1日起调整城镇职工基本医疗保险待遇标准。第一,在一级医院(含社区卫生服务中心)就医,统筹基金支付比例在职职工由90%调整为92%,退休人员由94%调整为96%;三级医院在职职工由90%调整为89%,退休人员由94%调整为93%。第二,一级医院(含社区卫生服务中心)的门诊特殊病种线由700元调整为500元,其中甲类病种统筹
Longyan City, actively guide the insured to the grass-roots medical treatment, the implementation of differential payment policy, since January 1, 2016 from the adjustment of urban workers basic medical insurance benefits standards. First, to seek medical treatment in a hospital (including community health service center), the proportion of overall payment for the fund should be adjusted from 90% to 92% and retired staff should be adjusted from 94% to 96%; the third-level hospital staff from 90% to 89%, retired staff adjusted from 94% to 93%. Second, the out-patient special disease line for first-class hospitals (including community health centers) was adjusted from 700 yuan to 500 yuan, of which Class A diseases were co-ordinated
