兼职教师是在某一专业或技术领域具有深厚的专业理论和丰富的实践经验的高级技术人员,或具有丰富实践经验和一技之长的能工巧匠。而且他们在人员数量、专业结构、知识层次及技能水平上也都能有效地弥补企业内部专职教师的不足。在我们企业,每年都会有采油、钻井、物探等主干专业工种和电工、汽驾等通用专业工种的各类培训、轮训、复训,培训人数多,培训工作量大,因此,兼职教师发挥的作用不可忽视。但是从兼职教师师资队伍的整体状况来看,培训教学水平、质量参差不齐。因此,注重兼职教师队伍整体素质的提高显得尤为重要,这是提高我们企业职工教育、培训质量的重要前提保证。那么笔者就从如何通过实施有效培训,促使我们企业生产或工作第一线的部分技术骨干,能工巧匠能够成为有效施教的合格的兼职教师谈几点感想。
