[目的]探讨眼睑癌术后放射治疗方案和临床疗效。[方法]分析8例眼睑癌手术局部切除后患者行放射治疗的情况。[结果]随访3年未见复发和转移,急性皮肤放射反应Ⅰ级2例,Ⅱ级1例;晚期放射皮肤损伤Ⅰ级2例;未见明显角膜和眼球损伤及视力下降。[结论]眼睑癌患者手术切除+放射治疗疗效较好,只要注意角膜和眼球的保护,并及时给予抗放射反应的预防和治疗,急性和晚期放射损伤均能接受,可以作为手术切除不彻底和存在复发高危因素患者的补充治疗手段。
[Objective] To discuss the postoperative radiotherapy program and clinical curative effect of eyelid carcinoma. [Method] Radiotherapy was performed in 8 patients with eyelid carcinoma after partial resection. [Results] There was no recurrence and metastasis in the follow-up period of 3 years. There were 2 cases of grade Ⅰ and 2 cases of grade Ⅱ in acute dermal irradiation. There were 2 cases of grade Ⅰ radiotherapy in late stage. There was no obvious corneal and ocular damage and visual loss. [Conclusion] Surgery and radiotherapy of eyelid carcinoma patients have good curative effect. As long as they pay attention to the protection of cornea and eyeballs, and give timely prevention and treatment of anti-radiation reaction, both acute and advanced radiation injuries can be accepted, which can be used as incomplete resection and There are additional risk factors for treatment of patients with additional treatment.
