案例教学应突破理论课程案例教学法的局限,成为独立的实践教学环节。案例课程教学应充分实现学生的教学活动主体地位,通过采用多样的教学形式较为系统地培养、锻炼学生在某一法律领域特有的思维方式、推理能力及观察、分析、解决问题的实践能力。
Case teaching should break through the limitations of the case teaching method of the theoretical curriculum and become an independent practice teaching link. The teaching of case courses should fully realize the dominant position of students ’teaching activities. Through a variety of teaching forms, we should cultivate students systematically to cultivate students’ unique ways of thinking, reasoning ability and practical ability to observe, analyze and solve problems in a certain legal field.
