随着社会经济的发展,信息化进程的不断推进,市场竞争日趋激烈,传统的财务管理模式已无法满足现阶段的企业财务管理需求。同时,现代信息技术已广泛应用于工作生活中,只有将企业财务业务一体化,才能充分发挥财务管理在企业运行中的重要作用,有利于企业的长期稳定发展,从根本上提升企业的综合实力。本人将以企业财务业务一体化与财务管理职能转型中存在的问题为切入点,并为其发展提出几点具体措施。
With the development of society and economy, the progress of informationization and the increasingly fierce market competition, the traditional financial management model has been unable to meet the current needs of corporate financial management. At the same time, modern information technology has been widely used in work and life. Only by integrating the financial business, can we give full play to the important role of financial management in the operation of the enterprise, which is conducive to the long-term stable development of the enterprise and fundamentally enhance the overall strength of the enterprise . I will focus on the problems existing in the integration of financial business and the transformation of financial management functions, and propose some concrete measures for their development.
