目的:研究吸入β2受体激动剂、呋塞米对运动性哮喘的治疗效果。方法:将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规雾化吸入糖皮质激素和β2受体激动剂治疗,治疗组常规吸入β2受体激动剂的同时加用呋塞米吸入治疗。结果:对照组和治疗组均明显改善患者的症状,治疗组减少糖皮质激素的用量,有较显著的抗哮喘作用。结论:吸入β2受体激动剂、呋塞米治疗运动性哮喘疗效肯定,无不良反应,值得推广。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of inhaled β2 agonist and furosemide on exercise-induced asthma. Methods: All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group conventional inhaled glucocorticoid and β2 receptor agonist treatment group routine inhaled β2 receptor agonist plus furosemide inhalation therapy. Results: The control group and the treatment group were significantly improved in patients with symptoms, the treatment group to reduce the amount of glucocorticoid, a more significant anti-asthma effect. Conclusion: Inhaled β2 receptor agonist, furosemide treatment of exercise-induced asthma certainly positive, no adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
