本文立足于电视效果这一点出发,分析了电视天气预报节目中动画效果的创意原则,并阐述了如何借助于视频编辑软件绘声绘影和气象软件进行结合,制作出漂亮的动画效果。
Based on the television effect, this paper analyzes the creative principle of the animation effects in the TV weather forecast program and elaborates how to make the beautiful animation effect through the combination of the video editing software and the weather software.
